Our Process Installing Boiler

We complete an onsite review to conduct heat loss calculations, view the installation area, and talk with you about the different boilers available on the market from traditional atmospheric to on-demand units. Once we have an understanding of the house and your personal preference we will provide you with a quote to complete the replacement of the boiler. Once approved we will complete the installation of the new boiler with appropriate permits.

1. Step 1

   Review the existing boiler heating system, complete heat loss calculations, and conduct planning to retrofit a new boiler into the existing radiant heating system.

2. Step 2

   Disconnect the gas, electrical, controls, and venting from the existing boiler. Complete the removal of the old boiler and modifications to the heating manifolds in preparation to install the new boiler.

3. Step 3

   Complete the installation of the new gas boiler, venting, electrical, gas, and controls. Connect the new boiler to the newly modified heating manifolds.

4. Step 4

   Complete the initial firing of the heating system. Test and inspect the heating system for any leaks or other deficiencies. Conduct heating safety and system review with customer. Complete final job site clean-up.
