You enter the price your business needs
After inspecting the job, you enter a pre-tax flat price for the plumbing work. That amount should cover the labour, materials, risk, overhead, and profit your business needs.
The customer sees a clear transaction total
The customer sees the approved scope, eligible booking credit, applicable taxes, and final total. The amount you enter is the plumber pre-tax amount used in your payout calculation. The platform charge is added to the customer transaction rather than deducted from the amount you quoted.
Your platform rate stays in the plumber relationship
The exact platform rate is disclosed privately during onboarding and in the plumber agreement. It can also be shown in the plumber-side calculation where appropriate. It is not promoted as a customer-facing percentage on this website.
Your quote is not reduced by a surprise public deduction
The system is designed so you know the amount you entered for your work and can review the plumber-side tax and payout breakdown before completing the job.
How the flow works
- You inspect and submit your pre-tax quote.
- The customer reviews the scope, credit, taxes, and total.
- The customer approves, signs, and pays through the platform.
- You complete the job stages and final invoice.
- Your payout status remains attached to the job until release.
More ways to use your availability
Scheduled work can form the base of your week. Emergency availability can create additional opportunities when you choose to be on call. Membership checkups and priority-member requests can add recurring service touchpoints.
No platform can guarantee bookings or income. Actual results depend on demand, availability, service area, acceptance, pricing, customer experience, and compliance with the plumber agreement.
