Tell us about your experience, qualifications, service area, and business plans. Approved plumbers complete business, insurance, tax, and payout onboarding through the appropriate secure platform process.

2. Build your profile and availability

Set the area you want to serve, the work you perform, regular hours, planned time off, and whether you are available for emergency or instant requests.

3. Receive work that matches your settings

Bookings can come through your profile, scheduled requests, instant requests, membership service, and warranty processes. You review the available details before accepting.

4. Inspect and quote

Document the scope and enter your pre-tax flat price. The customer reviews the scope, eligible booking credit, applicable taxes, and total before approving and signing.

5. Complete the work and invoice

Move the job through the app, add notes and photos, complete the final invoice, and finish the required signatures.

6. Track payment and payout

Payment status, the plumber-side breakdown, and the payout record remain connected to the job. Current plumber terms govern exact timing and platform rates.

7. Stay connected through memberships and history

Membership checkups, priority requests, repeat bookings, and future warranty history can all connect back to the customer account and original service record.
