The booking should identify the member service, included checkup scope, timing, and any current customer benefits.
Complete the assigned checkup
Follow the current membership checklist, document findings, add photos or notes where required, and separate included service from additional quoted work.
Quote additional work separately
If the inspection identifies repairs outside the included membership service, create a clear quote for customer approval before completing extra work.
Complete the membership record
Finish the required job stages so the checkup, findings, and any follow-up work remain in the customer service history.

Membership checkup compensation is shown in the plumber agreement or booking details. Current configured reference: $125 per completed checkup.
